You can leave your luggage with us at reception if you arrive early or on the day of departure.
Saas-Fee is car-free. The car must be parked in the public parking garage at the entrance to the village. We will be happy to organize a cab for you for transport from the car park/hotel (approx. CHF 20.00 each way).
Power adapters and chargers are available at reception for a deposit of CHF 20.00.
The nearest bank “UBS” is just opposite our hotel Cash withdrawals are possible at any time.
Currency exchange is possible at the Valais Cantonal Bank on the village square.

Stamps are available at reception.
Your bed linen is changed once a week. For an extra charge (CHF 15.00 per change) we will change your bed linen more regularly.

You have the possibility to make copies at the reception. CHF 0.20 per copy.

Our breakfast buffet is located on the first floor Monday to Sunday 07.30 – 10.00.
If you would like to have breakfast earlier, please let us know by the evening before.

Cooking is not permitted in the hotel rooms for safety reasons. A fee of CHF 150.00 will be charged for any violation.

Our mattresses are “Swissmade” by Bico and are of the highest quality. The 5-zone sandwich core offers ergonomic support with a relieving shoulder zone and middle zone booster. The cross ventilation channels have a climate-regulating effect.
All our hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms. In case of violation you will be charged a fee of CHF 150.00. Smoking is permitted on the balconies.
The reception is not staffed between 12.00 – 15.00 hrs and from 21.00 – 07.00 hrs. However, there is a telephone at reception which you can use to contact the host at any time.
We are happy to recommend restaurants in Saas-Fee and make table reservations for you.
Valuables: We accept no liability for the loss of your valuables. You can bring your valuables to reception and we will store them in our safe.

Delivery of your laundry before 09.00 – return on the same day before 18.00. CHF 15.00 per wash with drying. The laundry is not ironed or folded.
